Benefit #1: Support aspiring change leaders
Spark of Genius offers pro-bono coaching to aspiring change leaders with a big vision but limited financial means. This is part of our mission to make coaching more widely available (not just for the wealthy), especially for those who will use it to help foster a more just, sustainable, and peaceful world for all.
We are currently supporting a leader from the Whatcom Million Trees Project through this program. With further contributions, we will continue adding leaders from vital grassroots projects supporting climate action, ecological protection and restoration, voting rights, poverty alleviation, Indigenous rights, LGBTQ rights, women’s empowerment, men’s work, and more to this program.
Benefit #2: Raise awareness of your social change project
The Spark of Genius good news newsletter reaches more than 4,000 people every week. Paid members have the opportunity to list their own projects, petitions, events, creative projects, and more in this newsletter. Our hope is that in this way, we can not only celebrate good news from around the world but leverage our network to help folks like you create even more good news for the world.

Paid members are eligible to schedule a free 1-on-1 call with me (Spark of Genius editor/director and purpose coach Peter Schulte).
This is your chance to discover and articulate your highest purpose, so you can move forward with your life with renewed clarity, focus, passion, and a sense that what you do really means something to you and the world.
You’ll come away with a concrete purpose statement (similar to an organization’s mission statement), articulating a key element of your unique genius and the core value you’re here to cultivate in yourself and the world. You can then apply this purpose to your existing professional roles, creative projects, and relationships, or use it to identify what you want to pursue next in life.
